The Complete Kit ($29 one-time, delivered via Stripe) comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the kit doesn't save you at least 2 hours — or you're unhappy with it for any reason — email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked, and you don't need to explain or justify anything.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@stackarchitect.xyz from the email address you used at checkout, with "Refund" in the subject line. Including your Stripe receipt number speeds things up but isn't required — we can find your order from your email address.

How Refunds Are Processed

• Refunds are issued in full ($29) via Stripe to your original payment method.
• We respond to refund requests within 24 hours on UK working days — the same response time as all Kit support.
• Once issued, banks and card providers typically take 5–10 business days to show the refund on your statement — this timing is controlled by your bank, not by us.

Scope

This policy covers the Complete Kit, which is currently the only paid product sold on stackarchitect.xyz. All other tools, guides, and downloads on this site are free and require no payment, so no refund applies. Affiliate products and third-party services linked from this site (such as Make.com or Systeme.io subscriptions) are sold by those vendors under their own refund terms — contact the vendor directly for those.

Your Statutory Rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) or equivalent consumer protection law where you live.
