Stack Architect operates stackarchitect.xyz — a collection of free tools and guides for Shopify store owners. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data We Collect
We collect the following data when you interact with the site:
- Email address — when you subscribe to receive guides or deployment plans. Processed by Beehiiv.
- Usage data — page views and interaction events collected via Google Analytics 4, anonymised and aggregated.
- Purchase data — if you purchase the Complete Kit via Lemon Squeezy, your payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy directly. We receive your email to deliver the product.
Affiliate Links and Third Parties
Stack Architect uses affiliate links to Make.com, Systeme.io, GetResponse, Beehiiv, Tidio, Gorgias, and Google Workspace. If you click an affiliate link and sign up, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. These links are marked with rel="sponsored" in the page source. Third-party platforms may set cookies and collect data per their own privacy policies.
Server-Side Tracking Disclosure
This site uses Google Analytics 4 for traffic measurement. We do not use Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or advertising pixels on stackarchitect.xyz itself. The CAPI Shield and tracking tools described on this site are implementations for your Shopify store — you are responsible for your own privacy policy disclosures when implementing those tools.
Cookies
This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics for traffic measurement. No advertising cookies are set by Stack Architect directly. Third-party affiliate platforms may set cookies when you click outbound links.
Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the UK or EU, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold. To exercise these rights, contact us via the support link in the footer. Email subscribers can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.
Data Retention
Email subscriber data is retained while your subscription is active. GA4 data is retained for 14 months per Google's default settings. Purchase records are retained as required for legal and accounting purposes.
